Refunds & Exchange 

All items returned for exchange, refund or credit must be returned in original packaging with tags intact and unworn.  A copy of your receipt along with the returned item should be posted within 14 days of the receipt of purchase.

Please contact Kylie or Amy promptly via email, phone or fax within 7 days of receipted purchase to arrange an exchange, refund or credit note.

Credit notes or refunds will only be given on the item value.  Delivery charges are not refundable and additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

Sale items are not for refund or exchange.
